06 Jul Hydrogen Mobility Demonstration at the 3rd Hydrogen Summer ScH₂ool

During the 3rd Hydrogen Summer ScH₂ool, held this July in Kozani, Greece, participants had the unique opportunity to experience hydrogen mobility in action through the presentation of the Hyundai NEXO Hydrogen FCEV. The demonstration was led by Mr. Blagoy Burdin, an expert in hydrogen technologies, who showcased the vehicle’s operation and advantages to students, researchers, and professionals attending the event. The presentation of the NEXO attracted great interest and highlighted the growing potential of FCEVs in Greece. It also reflected the objectives of the LIFE GREENH2ORN project, which promotes awareness and real examples of hydrogen use in mobility and infrastructure, supporting the transition toward cleaner transport and a greener future.

As part of the 3rd Hydrogen Summer School activities, participants also joined the “Hydrogen Challenge” workshop, where several companies, including DEPA Commercial, partner of the LIFE GREENH2ORN project, shared insights and real-world challenges related to hydrogen technologies. The workshop encouraged collaboration between academia and industry, further strengthening the link between innovation, training, and practical application in the hydrogen field.
