10 Jun EU Sustainable Energy Days
On 10 June 2025, LIFE GREENH2ORN and our sister project LIFE NEW HYTS co-organised a joint event in Brussels as part of the EU Sustainable Energy Days, within EUSEW2025.
The event fostered dialogue across industry, research and policy, exchanging perspectives and lessons learned from across Europe. Collaboration between innovative initiatives like LIFE GREENH2ORN and LIFE NEW HYTS is vital to advance hydrogen mobility and accelerate the transition to a cleaner transport future.
The workshop brought together experts from across Europe to discuss how green hydrogen can drive the decarbonisation of heavy-duty transport and support the creation of a sustainable and competitive European hydrogen market by 2030.
The participation boosted the project’s visibility among European stakeholders, policymakers, and industry representatives, offering a valuable opportunity to exchange experiences and best practices on hydrogen technologies. It also highlighted Western Macedonia’s growing role as a regional hub for clean energy innovation and demonstrated how LIFE GREENH2ORN contributes to the broader European objectives of decarbonising transport, strengthening energy autonomy, and achieving climate neutrality.
